This fruit has a tough red inedible exterior skin with a thin white inedible interior peel and red seeds filled with juice. On top is a hole from which it once hung on a tree. One can open it with their hands and when it’s eaten it excretes its flavorful juice.

It tastes like a strong wind on a hot sunny day sitting on a mountain with some friends by a lake surrounded by foliage having a nice chat hugged by the scent of pine pollen.

The fruits look up at us, waiting to be devoured.

In English they're referred to as pomegranates.
